Tai Chi
To me, Tai Chi is a way to harness and channel one’s vital energy or Chi, with smooth flowing deliberate movements.
For me, it is a moving meditation and a dance.
I did almost a year of Tai Chi in Gin Gin, and Kevin is still teaching it weekly there. This is Tai Chi for arthritis, by Dr Paul Lam; the only style I can do with my knee injury.
Kevin was a black belt Karate instructor in his youth, and so I learnt Tai Chi as a soft martial art. This gives the movements much power and vigour.
It should be not so difficult to learn for those with interest, poise and ability to concentrate on body movement.
