about the photographs
Gday. My name is Ian - one of Mikes friends. I live nearby on a 25 acre property in a house I built myself.
I am devoting as much of my retirement as I can to interesting projects involving travel, music, writing, photography and anything else that takes my fancy.
The flattering photograph on the left was taken by Frank McDonald - a skilled photographer and long time friend. All the other photographs (except the Buddha bust) were taken by me.
When Mike invited me to take some photographs for this site I spent a couple of pleasant days wandering about his property taking snaps that I hope highlight the natural, rugged beauty of Neldoreth as well as informing potential visitors about the practicalities of living there.
